In the first quarter of 2022, RD broke the record for the highest sales ever. Moreover, RD hits the highest annual same-store sales growth rate, especially during the Songkran festival, RD made the highest sales ever among all festivals throughout the year.

For the past 7 years, RD has operated the Quick Service Restaurant business as one of the franchisees of KFC, a world-famous fried chicken brand, and has continuously expanded branches every year and is committed to maintaining standards in food production and service to customers, including creating a corporate culture that is united as one team makes RD truly a difference maker "We make a Real Difference"
On September 26-28, 2023, the restaurant general manager, Area Coach, and regional Coach, along with the restaurants support team traveled to attend the annual meeting (RD Conference) at Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa with the theme Stronger than Ever, a tribal event, is 3 days and 2 nights filled with fun and unity among RD people.
In addition to updates on the company's direction. There are also activities to test the strength of each tribe, costume contests, concerts from famous artists, draw lots to win Big Win, and announcement prizes.
Mr. Andrew Norton, Chief Executive Officer, and the management team discussed the business plan. In the future in 2030, we reveal a short but clear slogan for the company's growth direction: "RDX2 (RDX2)" where we aim to expand branches, increase the number of employees, and create opportunities for everyone to grow in their own careers. There are new innovations to meet customer needs.
